Accra: The half yearly report from the Office of The Special Prosecutor (OSP) has been released, detailing various investigations and prosecutions conducted during the second half of 2024, as well as developments in the office's operations. The report covers the period from July 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
According to Ghana News Agency, the OSP has continued its efforts to meet its corruption-prevention mandate by engaging with key stakeholders and the public. These efforts include the implementation of strategic measures aimed at reducing corruption and related activities in the country.
The report also highlights a comprehensive campaign launched by the OSP to emphasize the importance of maintaining the integrity of the 2024 general elections. This campaign was a part of the office's ongoing mandate to prevent corruption and ensure transparency within electoral processes.
