Takoradi: Takoradi-based Kings Group Ghana Limited has rewarded four of its staff in the Takoradi and Accra branches for their commitment and dedication to the growth of the organisation. They were each presented with a motorcycle as a way of showing appreciation to them for their contributions to the company’s growth over the years.
According to Ghana News Agency, Mr. Sylvester Annan-Mensah, the General Manager of the company, during the presentation said motorbikes were a token to empower them logistically and motivate them to continue delivering exceptional results. He stated that the company valued its staff and was committed to empowering them to excel in their roles.
‘We believe that our staff are our greatest assets, and we want to encourage them to do more and also better their lives,’ he noted. Mr. Annan-Mensah continued: ‘The company has grown from a humble furniture manufacturing business to a diversified group comprising Kings Furniture, Kings Deco, and Kings Byte, and we remain committed to building strong relationships with our customers and empowering our staff to drive growth and success.’
Some of the beneficiaries who spoke to the Ghana News Agency thanked the management of the company for the reward, and promised to take good care of the motorbikes, while working hard to take the organisation to higher heights.
