Ghana Airports Company Ends Audit Agreement with Evatex Logistics Limited

Accra: The Ghana Airports Company Limited (GACL) has terminated its Revenue Assurance Audit agreement with Evatex Logistics Limited.

According to Ghana News Agency, a letter dated July 27, 2025, and signed by Mrs. Yvonne Nana Afriyie Opare, indicated that the management had decided to terminate the agreement without cause, as permitted by the termination clause (a) of the contract. The letter stated that either party could end the agreement before its expiration by providing a one-month prior written notice.

The letter further outlined that, effective August 27, 2025, the agreement originally executed on December 4, 2024, would be nullified and considered terminated by GACL. It instructed Evatex Logistics Limited to use the notice period to demobilize and vacate the premises of Kotoka International Airport by August 27, 2025.

Management expressed gratitude towards Evatex Logistics Limited for its intention to conduct the revenue assurance audit and extended well wishes for the company's future endeavors.
