Kadjebi: Mr. Aziz Abdul Muniru, a former Member of Parliament (MP) for Akan Constituency in the Oti Region, has urged the Kadjebi Assembly members to confirm the President's nominee, Dr. Sam Suraj Issaka, as the District Chief Executive (DCE).According to Ghana News Agency, Mr. Muniru expressed his appeal using the platform to encourage assembly members to confirm Dr. Sam Suraj, highlighting his contributions to the NDC party and his widespread appreciation in the Akan Constituency by members of both NDC and NPP.Mr. Muniru made these statements while engaging with the GNA on the sidelines of the impending confirmation of the nominee on Wednesday, April 9 in Kadjebi. He emphasized the nominee's good reputation and strong working relationships, indicating that these qualities would be beneficial for leading the Kadjebi District successfully.Dr. Sam Suraj Issaka holds the position of Research Scientist with the Ghana Atomic Energy Commission and serves as the Oti Regional Director of Research and Innovatio n for the National Democratic Congress (NDC). He is also a former Assemblyman for the Mempeasem Electoral Area, having served two consecutive terms.
