Accra: Mr Stan Xoese Dogbe, the Deputy Chief of Staff in-charge of Operations at the Presidency, has issued a warning to the public regarding the activities of a fraudster named Samuel Tetteh. Dogbe has raised concerns about Tetteh's fraudulent operations, which involve approaching various Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) under the pretense of securing contracts for printing and framing the President's portrait by using Dogbe's name.
According to Ghana News Agency, Mr Dogbe stated that he became aware of the fraudulent activities through a public notice. The notice highlighted that Tetteh has been falsely representing himself in Dogbe's name to solicit contracts from MDAs. Mr Dogbe emphasized the seriousness of the situation and urged the public to remain vigilant.
Mr Dogbe has already reported Samuel Tetteh's actions to the security agencies, seeking an immediate arrest. He also advised that if Tetteh appears in any office, individuals should either notify him or contact the nearest police station promptly to facilitate swift action.
