‘No Limits Charity’ Supports Ada Schools with Uniform Donations

Accra: A Non-governmental Organisation known as 'No Limits Charity Organisation,' has distributed school uniforms to pupils at the Big-Ada D/A and Alorkpem Community Basic Schools respectively in the Ada East District. The donation forms part of efforts being made to promote inclusive and equitable quality education and the Organisation's 'Uniform for the Needy Child' project, which seeks to support deprived schools across Ghana by providing free school uniforms to children in need.

According to Ghana News Agency, the project contributes to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4), which focuses on ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education for all. In an interview, Ms. Rita Esionam Garglo, the Executive Director of No Limits Charity Organisation, explained that the intervention aims at bridging the gap in educational opportunities, while restoring dignity and confidence among schoolchildren.

She noted that her outfit has donated over 3,000 school uniforms across several regions, including Volta, Central, Savannah, Oti, and Greater Accra. The donation to the Ada schools brought smiles to the faces of dozens of pupils and was warmly welcomed by school authorities, parents, and community leaders.

The organisation expressed its appreciation to key community stakeholders including Naana Kabukuor Dagojo Dumaaley I, a Queen mother of the Ada area; Madam Catherine Dela Dzivenu; and Mr. Evans Lawer Adusu, the assembly member for the Aflive, Azizakpe, and Alorkpem Electoral Area, for their continued support of the project. They commended these leaders for their commitment towards improving educational access and child welfare in the Ada enclave.

The 'Uniform for the Needy Child' project continues to promote safe and supportive learning environments, with organisers calling on individuals, corporate entities, and development partners to join hands in scaling the initiative to reach more schools nationwide.
