Accra: GeniusLoci International in partnership with the National Lotteries Authority (NLA) through its Caritas Platform, has launched this year's edition of the 'Luckiest Seasonal Draw,' opened from July to December, 2025.
According to Ghana News Agency, in this third edition, the overall luckiest ticket in the draw will receive GHS 2,500,000, which is 500 times the amount one purchased the luckiest ticket for. There will also be numerous prizes and giveaways leading up to the grand draw on December 20, 2025.
Mr. Dennis Adutwum, Managing Director of GeniusLoci International, stated that the draw was designed to offer players the chance to win life-changing cash rewards at the end of the year. 'It is a seasonal draw, which introduces a new dimension to community-wide fund-raising and redistribution of wealth across social groups and professions in Ghana,' he added.
Mr. Adutwum explained that 100 communities have been categorized into groups such as artisanal, fisherfolks, drivers, police, doctors, Kayayos, CEOs, among others, where patrons participate through the draw. The initiative aims to create a larger fund pool via seasonal draws to uplift Ghanaians from poverty while supporting community and group growth.
Mr. Kwabena Opoku Boakye, General Manager Marketing at NLA, encouraged the public to participate in the luckiest draw as it serves as a way of giving back to the community. He mentioned that dividends from such draws support the NLA Good Caucus Foundation, providing infrastructural and educational support for communities. He added that as regulators, they were satisfied with the organization of the draw, ensuring it was conducted responsibly and in accordance with regulations governing such activities.
