A release copied to Ghana News Agency said the rankings were based on objective data points from January 1 to December 31, 2024, evaluated by The Points Guy's editorial team in the categories of reliability, experience, cost and reach, and loyalty.According to Ghana News Agency, the yearly analysis involves thousands of data points, comparing four key factors deemed most important to consumers' overall airline experience. This recognition adds to Delta's list of awards for excellence in customer service, travel experience, operational performance, workplace culture, and more. In 2025, Delta was named The Wall Street Journal's Top U.S. Airline of 2024 and ranked No. 15 on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® list.Other accolades for Delta include Cirium's 'most on-time North American airline in 2024', a Pl atinum Award for Operational Excellence, and recognition as one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies for sustainability initiatives.
