Christians Encouraged to Remain Faithful for Prosperity in 2025

Sokode-Lokoe: The Reverend Elias Atsu Kumashie, the District Pastor of The Church of Pentecost in Sokode-Lokoe, has called on Christians to maintain a close relationship with God as they enter the year 2025. He emphasized that by doing so, they will flourish and avoid spiritual decline.

According to Ghana News Agency, Rev. Kumashie delivered this message during the Watch Night service on December 31 at the Rhema English Assembly of the Church of Pentecost, located in Sokode-Lokoe within the Ho Municipality of the Volta Region. He stated that although the year 2025 holds promising opportunities, it is essential for individuals to align themselves with God's will to ensure a prosperous future.

Rev. Kumashie's sermon focused on the theme "Walk Closely with God and you will not Wither," drawing from Psalm 1:1-6. He urged Christians to avoid following the paths of wrongdoers and instead, place their trust in God, particularly during challenging times. He highlighted the importance of adhering to the teachings of Jesus Christ and maintaining open communication with God as a means to achieve success and spiritual growth.
