Bibiani: Mr Bright Asamoah Brefo, the Member of Parliament for Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai, and Mr Sebastian Obeng, Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), have donated GHC50,000 to Bibiani Gold Stars Club as a winning bonus for clinching the 2025 Ghana Premier League title.According to Ghana News Agency, the MP emphasized the team's tireless efforts and determination throughout the season, which secured their top position in the league. He acknowledged that the players, coaches, and staff deserved to celebrate their historic victory. The final match against Accra Lions was intense, but Bibiani Gold Stars' resolve led them to a convincing win, sealing their championship title.The MCE highlighted the significance of the victory and the celebration that followed, attributing it to the team's hard work and the fans' unwavering support. He expressed that the win was not only for the municipality but for the entire nation and region. Mr Obeng encouraged the team to continue their success as they prepare to represent the country in the continent's club champions league competition.The team's management and players expressed gratitude to the MP and MCE for their continued support throughout the Premier League season.
