According to Ghana News Agency, the late Mr. Harley Nii Mante Saakwa-Mante passed away on April 19, 2025, at the age of 87. He is survived by his wife, Teacher Rose, their three children-Apostle Dr Walter Saakwa-Mante, Nii Amu, and Naa Mansua-as well as eight grandchildren. Mr. Saakwa-Mante was a prominent member of the Otublohun Royal Family and was known for his contributions as a general merchant and co-proprietor of Lamant Ghana Limited.

Apostle Dr Saakwa-Mante, in a tribute to his father, reflected on the transient nature of life and the lasting impact of his father's legacy. He emphasized that his father was not only a parent but also a friend and mentor to many. Dr. Saakwa-Mante expressed how his father's choice of the name "Walter," meaning "Commander of the Army," guided his own life's path.

Evangelist George Botchway, a Gospel Missionary, delivered the sermon during the service, emphasizing that death marks a transition to eternal life. He urged attendees to live by the word of God and to prioritize spiritual investments.
