Zambia’s peace beyond political or religious affiliation – HH

UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema has urged Zambians to restrain from engaging in violence in order to maintain peace and stability in the country.

Speaking in an interview with Qfm news, Mr. Hichilema says violence will undermine the country’s peace that came at a great cost from the freedom fighters.

The UPND leader says Zambians should not raise their fingers against one another even under intense provocation from the ruling party.

He says Zambians should only exercise their democratic right to say no to the Patriotic front government in the 2016 general elections.

Mr. Hichilema says the Patriotic Front is in government temporarily and that come 2016, they will be shown the exit door.

The UPND leader has advised Zambians not take the law in their own hands but that they should allow the law to take its course

He said Zambia’s peace is beyond political or religious affiliation.
