ZAMBIA INTERESTED IN ANGOLA’S VULNERABLE PEOPLE AID EXPERIENCE

HUAMBO,April 24– The Republic of Zambia is interested to learn from Angola public policies on assistance to vulnerable people and implementation of community projects, Angolan Social Welfare minister João Baptista Kussumua said.

The minister said this after his meeting with e Zambian Community Development, Mother and Child Health Minister, Emerine Kabanshi.

According to him, the Zambian minister aimed to learn about the Angolan reality in domain of assistance to disadvantaged people, especially the children and elder persons.

He said that Emerine Kabanshi has recently been sworn in and chose Angola as one of the countries that she intends to cooperate with during her mandate.

The Zambian minister is in Angola at the head of a delegation from her country to sign bilateral cooperation agreements seeking to reinforce its works in the fields of security, assistance and social welfare.
