Zambia clash with Zimbabwe in the COSAFA finals

Zambia  will  this afternoon Saturda clash with Zimbabwe in the finals of the COSAFA senior challenge cup.

The game will be a repeat of the last edition of the same tournament in 2009 where Zimbabwe  emerged winners. But soccer analyst Mike Kaluba has  urged the national  team to improve on the performance if they are are to win the game.

He observed that the team was lacking in the last game against South Africa especially in the striking force.He said coming to this game, he expect Herve Renard’s drilled Chipolopolo boys  to improve and win the title for the fourth time.

Kaluba said with the motivation of the home fans the team will win the clash in the game that will be played at the Levy Mwanawasa stadium.

Zambia has so far not lost a match at the stadium.

Zambia beat South Africa on post match penalties while Zimbabwe beat Lesotho to book a place in the finals of the 2013 COSAFA senior challenge cup.

In the other game played at the same venue, surprise package, Lesotho will take on South Africa in the third and fourth play off.
