Ugandan President Set to Sign Anti-Gay Law

Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni is expected Monday to sign a law criminalizing homosexuality.

The country’s parliament passed the measure in December, with lays out a 14-year sentence for first-time offenders and life in prison for those convicted of “aggravated homosexuality.”
