Tourism and Arts Minister Sylvia Masebo who was admitted to University Teaching Hospital has been discharged.

Masebo who is also the ruling Patriotic Front (PF) Member of Parliament for Chongwe has since thanked Zambians for their support and prayers during the time she was hospitalized. She was admitted last week on Monday.

During her stay in the hospital Vice president Guy Scott, Commerce Minister Emmanuel Chenda were among the people who visited Masebo.

“Thank you all for your prayers, your messages of goodwill, your cards and flowers you had sent to me. I have been discharged out of hospital and am home now,” Masebo posted on her facebook account.
