Sata’s has performed better than Chiluba, Levy, RB – Guy Scott tells Mansa residents

Vice President Guy Scott has told the people of Mansa to vote for Patriotic Front (PF) candidate Chitalu Chilufya in November 22, 2013 by-election.

And Dr. Scott has told the people of Mansa not to entertain to UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema whom he says thinks and after talking.

Dr. Scott who addressed a number of rallies in Mansa on Saturday, November 2, 2013 said President Michael Sata had performed so well. He praised Sata saying he had surpassed former presidents – Frederick Chiluba, Levy Mwanawasa and Rupiah Banda in terms of performance.

The Vice president who served with Sata in Chiluba’s Administration before they later came to form the PF in 2001 told the people of Mansa that he was stuck with Sata because he was a performer. He said Mansa needed to give PF an MP so that development started by late Kennedy Sakeni can be continued.

Dr. Scott said if Sata was not a deliver, he could have left him by now saying the two had worked together for about 23 years.

He told the people of Mansa that HH would be going to campaign there and urged them not to entertain him because he “does not think.”

“I have worked with President Michael Sata for over 23 years and if I knew he was upto no good I wouldn’t have been with him now. He has surpassed Chiluba, Mwanawasa and Rupiah. HH just talks talks and thinks after talking,” Dr. Scott charged.

Dr. Scott also thanked the PF leadership in Mansa for not getting involved in the wrangles that had rocked the party where members were demanding for resignation of General Secretary Wynter Kabimba. He said the wrangles had now ended and the people who wanted to tilt change of power had failed.
