Sata is whereabouts is nobody’s business – Guy Scott

Zambia’s Vice president Guy Scott has belittled growing concerns in the country about the whereabouts of President Michael Sata five days after he left New York where he was attending the United Nations General Assembly.

Scott told Parliament on Friday, October 4, 2013 that the whereabouts of President Sata was not a business for anyone.  He said President Sata was in touch with government and informed of everything going on.

The Vice President without disclosing where his Boss is who is the property of the Zambian people said he (Sata) telephoned him on Thursday, October 3, 2013. He said it is not anyone’s business to leave in the President’s pocket.

Dr. Scott was answering to a question by Bwacha Member of Parliament Sydney Mushanga who wanted the Vice president to inform the Nation where the President is and when he is coming back to Zambia.

President Sata’s whereabouts mostly have been kept secrete leaving people to speculate especially that his health has been a concern to Zambians. Normally the whereabouts of the President is made public
