Sata goes missing again, spotted in Dubai boarding a plane to some destination

Ailing dictator president Michael Sata briefly went missing again after he left Ethiopia where he had gone for the African Union summit but was spotted at Dubai Airport while boarding a commercial plane headed to some yet to be officially announced destination.
The state owned but PF controlled ZNBC merely reported that Mr. Sata had left Ethiopia at about 12:35 local time aboard the presidential Challenger but did not indicate where he was heading to, despite the many challenges facing the country following removal of various subsidies and protests that have rocked miners being threatened by job losses on the Copperbelt.
No official statement or programme has so far been released on where the Zambian head of state is heading to, but some media reports speculated that he was probably headed to Japan to attend the 5th Tokyo International Conference on African Development from 1 to 3 June, 2013.
