RB’S Corruption Case Drags Further

Former President Rupiah Banda’s case of alleged corruption has continued to drag, as the Director of Public Prosecutions-DPP- is yet to issue instructions.

In the continued delay the state through Anti-Corruption Commission chief prosecutor Dennis Simwinga Tuesday applied for a twenty days adjournment.

This is in a case in which Mr. Banda is facing a charge of concealing nine trucks alleged to have been gratification from Sogecao Zambia Limited.
