My life is now in danger – Fr. Frank Bwalya

Newly formed Alliance for Better Zambia (ABZ) president Fr. Frank Bwalya has revealed that his life is in danger because of speaking the truth.

Fr. Bwalya who announced the registeration of his party May 8, 2013 has told a Lusaka based Radio station QFM in an exclusive interview. He disclosed that his life has always been in danger, but his joining of the political arena and speaking the truth has even worsened the situation.

He says it is sad that he has to find means of securing his life because of people who don’t like to hear the truth.

Father Bwalya however states that Zambians are aware that he has not committed any crime hence he will continue what he has started.

The ABZ leader has vowed not to give up what he has started as it was his democratic right. He says the fight continues until the dream of a better Zambia is attained.

Fr Bwalya has however reminded people who openly want to join him to be mindful that they are putting their lives in danger.

The PF Cadres have declared war against Fr. Bwalya. Last week they stormed Levy Junction Shopping Mall in Lusaka when they got a tip that he was in the area. The cadres clashed with security guards who prevented them from going round the premises.

The situation was only calmed by the Police from Lusaka Central after the cadres grabbed a camera and destroyed the footage  from the Muvi Television News crew who were filming the fracas.
