Mutembo Nchito Plans to Block Rupiah’s SA Trip

Director of Public Prosecutions Mutembo Nchito is planning to block fourth Republican president Rupiah Banda’s trip to South Africa where he has been invited by the Boston University (BU) African Presidential Centre to make a presentation.

Rupiah is scheduled to make a presentation at the 2013 African Presidential Roundtable to be held in Johannesburg during the conference running from June 5 to 8 under the theme “The Cost of Democracy.”

Sources within government has disclosed that there are attempts by Mutembo and his friend Fred M’membe – Post Newspaper owner and PF chief propagandist – to block Rupiah from travelling like they have done on two previous occasions.

“It seem every time Rupiah is in the limelight for good reasons, Mutembo and his friends are not happy because all they want is to portray a picture of him as a bad man.
