Mubukwanu asks Mitete for ‘right’ Leaders

NORTH-Western Province minister Nathaniel Mubukwanu says the people of Mitete district should help the government by giving it the right representation to run the district.

In an interview, Mubukwanu said the creation of a new district was a welcome decision and a deliberate commitment by President Michael Sata to make services readily accessible and available to the people of Mitete.

“As a government, we have done our first step to create the district, so the second stage is now for the people to give us the personnel, help the government with the right representation so that this representation would be able to keep the linkage between government and the people in order for us fulfil this dream and turn it into reality,” Mubukwanu said.

Mubukwanu thanked the Catholic Church for recognising the developmental needs of the people of Lukulu district.
