Improve your work culture, FODEP tells Zambia Police

to work out ways of improving its work culture so that it can regain the people’s lost confidence.

FODEP Executive Director McDonald Chipenzi has since told the police to take  advantage of the little confidence that citizens still have in the service to be professional.

Speaking in an interview in Lusaka the capital of Zambia, Chipenzi says the behavior which was currently being portrayed by the police has the potential to make them irrelevant.

He talked about  what happened during the UPND rally last week as an example of what the Zambia Police were known for by the general public.
