HH tells Mkushi residents: Vote UPND that understands your problems

United Party for National Development -UPND- President Hakainde Hichilema has challenged the people of Mkushi North constituency in Central Province to elect  a leader who understands their problems.

Hichilema told residents to ensure that they vote for a UPND Member of Parliament who understands their problems and is ready to serve them and not someone who just looks at his own interest. He observed the need for leaders to be humble and willing to serve the people for them to succeed.

The UPND leader said this at a rally held at Mkushi show grounds on Saturday July 20,2013.

Hichilema is in the area to drum up support for UPND candidate Wynter Libbohole  in the forthcoming Mkushi North by-elections.

He has also advised his candidate to be a good servant of the people if he is elected into office on July 25, 2013.

Six candidates namely Ingrid Mpande of PF , MMD’s Jonathan Kapungwe,  and NAREP’s Albert Kawaya are contesting the seat which fell vacant after Mutale Musonda of the MMD resigned to join the ruling PF.

Others who are contesting the seat are UNIP’s Bernard Nshimbi and Felix Chisanga an independent.
