GBM and Kabimba were cleared by Sata to concentrate on RB

With president Michael Sata’s two ministers now cleared of corruption charges without any interrogations that was done by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), the battle is now on to put all the energies in lifting former president Rupiah Banda’s immunity.

Sources said Fred Mmembe, the Editor of the Post newspaper who is pushing the agenda had to reach some compromise with president Sata to have both ministers cleared by ACC so that the public are crowded with so many things.

It is believed that one of the possible entry points for Rupiah Banda is on the RP Capital sale of Zamtel deal where former Transport and Communications Minister Dora Siliya is recently warned and cautioned.

Last year, Fred Mmembe’s newspaper the Post, reported corruption allegations involving Defence Minister, Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba’s company Arizona Marketing in the tender to transport the Zesco poles.
