Evelyn Hone Union suspended, All Students ordered to re-apply

The Evelyn Hone College Students Union and all the students Council has been suspended with immedite effect pending investigations.
This follows a students riot that resulted in damage of school and other property a week ago.
Evelyn Hone College Principal, Pascal Chewe has also announced in a statement that the school will re-open on Monday July 29 July 2013. He said all students will be required to re-apply with the office of the Dean by filling in declartion form before they can be re-admitted to the institution.
Chewe said all students in boarding will be required to pay K550 surcharge fee the damages caused during the riots. He said the registration starts Thursday July 25,2013 to Monday July 29, warning that all students who will not re-apply will not be allowed back into the college.
The Pricipal also stated that the examinaitions scheduled for August will go ahead as planned.
