DC Kapengele warns Lusaka MPs

Lusaka District Commissioner (DC) Ashel Kapengele has warned that he will not tolerate Members of Parliament in the District who are not serving the people.

Kapengele has threatened to push MPs he says lazy around instead of attending to problems faced by the people who voted for them.  He cited the situation in Mtendere township he visited Tuesday where he found heaps of gabbage.

“I will not accept this, I will push MPs who are not working for the people who voted for them,” the charged PF cadre who is now DC warned.

He ordered the area MP Prof. Nkandu Luo to move to the area and work with the Councilor to address the sanitation problem.
